The Bibliotherapy Interest Group (BIG) is a voluntary association of health information professionals who share interest in bibliotherapeutic interventions. The goal is to facilitate a discussion and educate health practitioners, non-clinical professionals and community members who wish to learn more or implement a bibliotherapy practices in their work or community.

BIG is an official interest group of the Canadian Health Libraries Association, Canada's professional organization for health librarians.
